At Pilgrim, NRC must address fuel rods, cables, safety plan
In deciding whether to grant Pilgrim nuclear station's application for a new license, the NRC should force the plant to create a new storage system for spent fuel rods, review its security procedures, and assess its evacuation plans in the event of a crisis.
