More bikes jostling with cars means more safety challenges

Mayor Menino is making impressive strides toward making Boston a bike-friendly city. But there are still many dangers for cyclists on the city's narrow, car-filled streets. That's why the city should begin an aggressive safety training program aimed at both bike riders and car drivers. It's the least the administration can do before persuading more people to hit the pedals.
